I lost my recovery phrase
If you still have the app installed and unlocked, open
Settings → Recovery phrase, verify with your device unlock,
and write it down again — on paper, now. If the app is gone and the
phrase is gone, nobody can restore the wallet, including us. That is
how self-custody works, and there is no exception process.
I sent funds to a wrong address
Blockchain transfers are final. We cannot reverse, cancel or
redirect a confirmed transaction — no one can. If you sent to an
exchange with a wrong memo/tag, contact that exchange's support; they
control the destination address and are the only party who can help.
A transaction is stuck as pending
Almost always a congested network and a fee that was set too low.
Most chains drop unconfirmed transactions after a while, and the funds
never left your wallet. Wait a few hours before doing anything else,
and check the transaction in a block explorer first.
My balance looks wrong
Pull down to refresh, then check the same address in a public block
explorer. If the explorer shows the correct balance, it is a display
issue on our side — tell us through the form below. If the explorer
agrees with the app, the balance is what the chain says it is.
Someone asks for my recovery phrase
It is a scam, every single time. We will never ask for your phrase —
not in email, not in chat, not for "verification", not for "support".
Anyone who does is trying to take your funds. Do not type your phrase
into any website, form or chat, including anything that looks like it
comes from us.
Restoring on a new phone
Install Phantom, choose Restore wallet, and enter your
recovery phrase. Your balances reappear once the chains have been
scanned — the assets were always on the blockchain, never on the old
phone. Then wipe the old device.
